References

30 hand-curated references — a working starter, not a comprehensive buyer's reference. Pages with an editorial body are marked.

How we chose these 30. One canonical reference per archetype the buyer the site is for actually shops — the no-date Sub, the Zenith-era Daytona, the Lange 1, the hesalite Moonwatch, the Tank LC, the Reverso Classic. Hype-only references (the ones whose price is set by waiting lists rather than the watch on the wrist) are off the starter list; they appear as the catalog deepens. The 24 references with editorial bodies were picked to span vintage, neo-vintage, and modern in roughly equal measure, plus chronograph, dive, dress, and pilot in roughly equal measure, so a buyer can read the catalog as a survey of how the trade thinks about each category. The remaining six stubs are references that will get editorial as their slot earns it; we prefer 24 bodies we'd defend in writing to 60 stubs we'd explain away in PR. The catalog grows reference-by-reference as editorial copy lands; we are chasing the patient depth that actually helps a buyer, not breadth.
