Patek redesigned the city ring for the 5230 in 2016 to reflect a shifted Moscow time zone; a city ring that does not match the current Patek reference list does not belong on a genuine 5230.
The Cal. 240 HU module sits on the dial side beneath the hand-guilloche center disc; incorrect pusher feel or a city ring that fails to advance cleanly with the hour hand indicates module service or a mismatched movement.
