The SPB317 is a 40.5mm Save the Ocean edition with a blue dial and aluminum bezel. Cal. 6R35 inside. The "Save the Ocean" branding is printed on the dial and the Seiko S medallion on the caseback incorporates a stylized ocean motif on some variants. A standard Prospex caseback substituted for the STO caseback is the primary non-obvious modification risk.
