What to reach out about
- Found an error. Wrong reference data, bad pricing, misleading description, or a trust read that doesn’t match the facts. Use the corrections@ address for factual corrections; general@hello@ for anything else.
- Feature request or idea. Missing search, better filters, watch comparisons, a guide you want to see, whatever’s on your mind.
- Listing concerns. Suspect listing fraud, or found something off. We take this seriously. (For formal abuse reports, see legal contact.)
- Data or methodology question. How we score, where data comes from, why we made a particular choice. We publish our reasoning and own our mistakes via post-mortems.
- Editorial inquiry. Questions about blog posts, guides, or signed essays. Contact editor@grailatlas.com.

Response time. We typically reply within a few business days. Urgent matters (security, legal) have faster SLAs. See the role directory.
What we do with your message. We read it, we consider it, we act on it if we can. If your feedback leads to a change, you won’t necessarily see your name in a commit, but if you ask for attribution, we’ll note it.
