Modern references (2010+)
Modern production references: most are still available at retail or with a waitlist. Discounts to retail in the secondary market and supply availability tell most of the value story; for current-production examples, condition and service-history matter less than for vintage.
Modern references in the catalog are generally from 2010 to the present, representing 418 of 487 entries. The dataset skews toward current and recent production because parts availability, factory service networks, and documented specifications are easiest to verify for recent references. For buyers, modern means factory service available, parts unlikely to be scarce for 15 or more years post-production, warranty coverage on new stock, and the deepest secondhand liquidity on major references. The tradeoff relative to neo-vintage is that modern watches carry current retail pricing rather than the discount that age creates.
