Both the satellite hour display and the winding efficiency gauge must function; a non-responsive efficiency gauge indicates a failed AMC module in the UR 7.10.
- Discontinued 2017; verify serial and provenance for any secondary market purchase.
- The winding efficiency gauge on the caseback is a functional indicator; a stuck or non-responsive gauge indicates a failed AMC module.
| Area | What to check | What is correct | Red flag |
|---|---|---|---|
| dial | Satellite hour display sequence and accuracy | Satellite cubes advance in correct sequence showing the current hour | Incorrect sequence or non-advancing cubes; movement fault |
| caseback | Winding efficiency gauge response | Winding efficiency gauge responds to movement activity; indicates winding efficiency | Non-responsive gauge; failed UR 7.10 AMC module |
| caseback | Urwerk serial and UR-210 reference | Urwerk serial and reference correctly engraved | Missing or incorrect engravings; non-genuine caseback |
| movement | UR 7.10 architecture through caseback | UR 7.10 self-winding architecture with turbine winding regulator visible | Architecture inconsistent with UR 7.10; movement discrepancy |
- No field-serviceable parts; Urwerk workshop only.

The UR-210 adds the "autopilot" complication to the satellite architecture: a winding efficiency indicator that tracks the wearer's activity and automatically adjusts the winding rotor between full-auto and manual modes. The turbine winding system and the winding-efficiency display are unique to this reference.
