Price trend chart coming soon

The DK105 is out of production and was Damasko's in-house hand-wound flagship, so it holds value far better than the brand's ETA-based watches; complete examples with box and papers trade closer to the old retail price than any ETA-based Damasko does.

Editorial estimate, 2026 Q3. Actual prices vary by condition, date, and box/papers status.

Movement tier: unclassified · caliber Damasko Cal. H35-1: in-house hand-wound three-hand (hours/minutes, small seconds, date), 28,800bph, 52h PR; used in DK105; ice-hardened stainless steel case and movement; German tool watch engineering · 52h power reserve (2.2 days)
Medium-large: suits wrists 6.5 in+ (16.5 cm+)
40 mm case. Wears confidently on average to larger wrists. May overhang on slender builds.

Authentication

In-house A26 column-wheel chronograph; the column wheel visible through the caseback is the definitive DK105 check versus the DC series.

Known issues in the market
  • A cam-actuated movement through the caseback means the DC series, not the DK105; the column-wheel architecture is the primary distinguisher.
  • The DK105 has a 60h power reserve versus the 42h of the DC series; verify reserve duration matches spec.

Authentication guide

Last reviewed June 2026

The DK105 is Damasko's diver, combining ICE-HARDENED case construction with a 20ATM water resistance rating. The anti-magnetic crown tube specification adds functional value for a dive context. The caseback engraving and matte finish are the same authentication markers as the rest of the Damasko line.

Known reproduction risks

MEDIUM

A standard ETA diver in a similar case presented as Damasko DK105.

  • "ICE-HARDENING" and "DK105" caseback engravings are the primary differentiators
  • Matte case finish; any polish is a flag
  • Non-magnetic crown tube finish is subtly distinct from the case

Dial variants by era

toggle
EraDescriptionIdentifiers
2015 to presentDive watch; black dial; ICE-HARDENED case; unidirectional rotating bezel; 200m WR.
  • "DK105" on caseback and documentation
  • "DAMASKO" on dial
  • Unidirectional rotating bezel (60-minute scale)
  • "200M / 20ATM" on dial
  • Non-magnetic crown tube (distinctive finish on crown tube vs. case)
  • Matte brushed ICE-HARDENED case throughout

Service part flags

toggle
Crown Tube

Original: Non-magnetic alloy crown tube; slightly different surface finish from ICE-HARDENED case steel.

Replacement tells
  • A crown tube with identical finish to the case may be a standard steel replacement
  • The crown should screw down positively for dive rating; any play or incomplete engagement is a service flag
Bezel

Original: Unidirectional only; crisp 60-click action.

Replacement tells
  • Bezel that rotates both directions is incorrect for a dive watch
  • Loose or missing clicks suggest bezel detent wear

Case back markings

toggle
2015 to present
  • "DAMASKO" and "DK105"
  • "ICE-HARDENING"
  • "200M / 20ATM"
  • "MADE IN GERMANY"
  • Movement caliber reference (ETA 2824 or Sellita base)
  • Serial number

Movement tells

toggle
  • DK105 uses ETA 2824-2 or Sellita SW200; same service notes as DA36/DA46 apply.
  • Dive rating requires correct crown gasket and seal; after any crown service, confirm water resistance with a pressure test before use in water.
  • ICE-HARDENING caseback engraving should be preserved after service.
