- GPHG 2023EnteredHomme category
Entry to the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève is voluntary and made by the brand. An entry is a watch registered for that year's competition, not a jury verdict, and several large houses including Rolex, Patek Philippe and Omega do not take part at all.

The ROCS oil-filled disc assembly must be bubble-free; any bubbles or oil leakage indicate a failed seal requiring Ressence-authorized service.
- Oil bubbles in the ROCS module indicate a seal failure; this is a Ressence-only service item.
- The ROCS disc assembly floats on the dial; if it appears stuck or does not rotate correctly, the module needs service.
| Area | What to check | What is correct | Red flag |

The Type 1 Round uses the ROCS 1.3 epicyclic gear module atop a modified ETA 2892. The display rotates within an oil-free sapphire dome (Type 1 is not oil-filled, unlike Type 3). No replica exists; the ROCS module is proprietary and impossible to counterfeit.
