Brand history
Antoine LeCoultre opened his workshop in Le Sentier; the manufacture there has produced more than 1,200 distinct calibres and supplies movements to much of the Vallée and beyond.
Founded 1833 by Antoine LeCoultre in Le Sentier, Vallée de Joux. Famous as the 'watchmaker's watchmaker': JLC has supplied movements to Patek, AP, Vacheron, IWC, and Cartier across its history. The Reverso (1931) is the most-imitated dress-watch silhouette of the 20th century; the Master Control line is the modern catalog's workhorse.
