Arceau Evening Dress Leather mosaic Mosaic. The word evokes art and light, the meticulous assembly of multicolored fragments whose combination forms an artistic pattern. In a 41 mm diameter Arceau watch, 2,200 tiny leather squares are juxtaposed to form a horse profile from the "Evening Dress" square designed by Florence Manlik in 2018. Against an electric blue background and matching strap, the colorful tesserae are illuminated by the rose gold of the round case with its fine, asymmetrical leaf-shaped hands. Twelve numbered pieces mark this watchmaking creation imbued with Hermès's leatherworking heritage. Everything fits in a notebook. Carefully preserved
