Video Carl Suchy & Söhne Waltz N°1 Skeleton Founded in 1822 by Austrian watchmaker Carl Suchy, the prestigious imperial watchmaking brand counted Emperor Franz Joseph, his wife Empress Elisabeth (Sisi), and Sigmund Freud among its illustrious clients. After being the sole watchmaker at the Habsburg court for nearly a century, Carl Suchy & Söhne disappeared with the fall of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. It was reborn in Basel in 2017 with its flagship model: the Waltz N°1. The great Viennese house returns in 2018 with the Waltz N°1 Skeleton (limited edition). It is equipped with the ultra-thin skeletonized automatic movement from the Vaucher Fleurier manufacture, reworked by the watchmaker
