Per-purpose role addresses. Each is the documented contact for a specific kind of message, and each is referenced by name in the policy that scopes it. Operationally, all of them route to one human triage inbox at Grail Atlas: the labels exist for routing clarity and legal precision, not to suggest a team of separate inboxes.
privacy@, dmca@, notices@) are referenced by their role name in statute (GDPR Art. 13, 17 U.S.C. § 512, DSA Art. 16). Two ( hello@, security@) follow the RFC 2142 and security.txt conventions reasonable senders expect. One (press@) exists because press portals ask for a working press contact. Every one of them receives mail; we do not publish an address that bounces. Copyright infringement notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512, and counter-notices to a takedown. Designated agent Brett Morrison on file with the US Copyright Office (DMCA-1073296, valid through 2029-05-25); counter-notices go to the designated agent, so they belong here too.
Expected: Acknowledgement within 48 hours; takedown decision within 7 days for routine cases.
