FIYTA has a close relationship with Chinese manned spaceflight, from the first space watch developed by FIYTA in 2003 during the Shenzhou V mission, to the spacewalk of the Shenzhou VII astronauts in 2008. The "Spacewalk" watch, with its fine engraving, has "human spaceflight" as its theme. Traditional micro-engraving and setting techniques reproduce the historic moment of the astronauts' spacewalk. The cabin rests on a dark blue goldstone dial, which features shimmering points of twinkling stars. Instead of reading the time with hands, one can tell the time by reading the ruby that makes a circular orbit
