DB28 Steel Wheels By revealing the heart of its watchmaking expertise, De Bethune unveils cutting-edge technology in the service of art: a self-regulating double barrel providing a 6-day power reserve, a De Bethune flat-terminal hairspring, a silicon escape wheel, a triple shock-absorbing system and a new, even higher-performance balance wheel in titanium with white gold inserts. The minute track, designed in the spirit of gears, surrounds 12 polished spheres that mark the hours and add volume to the entire mechanism. The new hour hand, made of sapphire circled with blued steel, allows the heart of the movement to show through.
