Topping the tourbillon cage and the barrel bridge of this exceptional watch, the double H reproduces an emblematic motif of the Parisian store's interior architecture. This architectural element, a testament to the craze for artistic ironwork in the early 20th century, features on the entrance door, the railings, the stair banisters, and, above all, on the elevator door, which gave it the name Lift. More than just a motif, Lift symbolizes the union of the Hermès and Hollande families through the marriage in 1900 of Émile Hermès
