The cal 9300 is Omega's first in-house Co-Axial column-wheel chronograph, displacing the Lemania and ETA-based movements that powered the brand's sports chronographs for decades. A horizontal clutch minimizes second-hand jump at chronograph start, and the silicon balance spring provides magnetic resistance. COSC certification is standard; METAS Master Chronometer certification is on the successor 9900 series.
