The AP cal 4302 is the current Royal Oak manufacture automatic, succeeding the 3120 in the Reference 15500 and related models. It shares the same Cotes de Geneve, anglage, and hand-finishing standard as its predecessor and retains the 22-carat skeletonized gold rotor. The primary change from the 3120 is improved power reserve from 50 to 60 hours, achieved with a revised gear train. The skeletonized rotor is visible through the exhibition caseback and is a defining visual element of Royal Oak ownership.
