Journe, official website · Chronometre Optimum in 18K 6N gold with the 5N Gold dial -- the exact metal and dial pairing this catalog row records, from Journe's own product page (asset FPJ-Co-Souveraine-ChronoOptimum-Or-G). The platinum variant carries a white Gold dial and is a different configuration.

Chronomètre Optimum

Journe’s pure-chronometry statement: a remontoir d’égalité feeding a constant, unvarying impulse to the patented EBHP bi-axial escapement, so rate stays flat as the mainspring unwinds rather than tapering off with it. Off-centre hours ring, small seconds and a power reserve on a whitened guilloché silver dial. Offered in platinum with a white Gold dial, or 18K 6N gold with the 5N Gold dial collectors call salmon — the two pairings are fixed and do not cross.
