  Lucerneest. 1983

  Founded by master watchmaker Gerd-Rüdiger Lang in Munich in 1983, reviving mechanical regulator dials and onion-crown case design during the quartz crisis. Swiss entrepreneur Oliver Ebstein and his family took ownership in 2012 and relocated the brand to a new atelier and headquarters in Lucerne, where its watches are now assembled in-house.
